It's easy! 

1) Check our TOUR CALENDAR  for the days  you want. Fill out the form above to see if we have space for you.

2) Reserve your space by phoning 1-888-643-9319 toll free. Outside North America please call 1-250-339-5320 at anytime, well, maybe not at 2 am. Many people in the UK & Europe use fax: 1-250-339-6294. In North America fax toll free 1-888-335-4058.

3) Use your VISA or M/C card number for deposit. We will debit a 40% deposit and email your joining instructions and bear watching guidelines.  To pay the deposit you can also go to www.tiderip.com/store and use PayPal.

Note:  the required 12% Harmony Sales Tax is included in our tour prices.

Cancellations & Refunds:

. Due to the nature of operating in an ocean wilderness areas, tours may be modified or cancelled . Tide Rip Tours reserves the right to cancel any expedition for adverse weather, illness,  mechanical or logistical problems, or unforeseen circumstances which may impede trip operations or safety. Should this occur, a full refund will apply if you cannot reschedule. In the event that you should cancel with more than 14 days notice to us, a full refund will be given. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip departure date, we will retain the full deposit unless you can find a replacement person. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance for your protection in the event of illness. Once you have taken the tour, there are no refunds. We will issue you a "raincheck" for a future trip if you did not see a bear. This "raincheck" is non-transferable but can be used on a future trip.

NOTE: For fall tours, each client will be required to sign an assumption of risk agreement before embarking on the tour. Tours are by boat and not recommended for people with neck or back problems, pregnant women nor persons with osteoporosis or very young children. We can email or fax you a copy of our waiver for your perusal.

Tide Rip Tours Ltd. cannot be held responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, damage, loss or delay of baggage or property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, caused by any act of omission or negligence of Tide Rip Tours Ltd., its employees, sub contractors, agents or participants. Tide Rip Tours Ltd. is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip (i.e. travel costs, non-refundable air tickets etc.
