To ensure your place on one of our expeditions, we require a 40% deposit (cheque, money order, or visa charge by phone). The balance of your payment is due on the trip departure date. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send confirmation of your reservation, expedition information and a assumption of risk agreement. Due to the nature of operating in wilderness areas, prices are subject to change. Tide Rip Tours reserves the right to cancel any expedition. Should this occur, a full refund will apply if you cannot reschedule. In the event that you should cancel with more than 30 days notice to us, a full refund will be given less a $50/person administration fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the trip departure date, we will retain the full desposit unless you can find a replacement. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance for your protection in the event of illness. NOTE: A liability release form will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration.
